Born and raised in Augusta, David joined Sherman and Hemstreet in the Fall of 2019. David is a graduate of Augusta University with a degree in political science. He previously served on numerous local, state, and federal political campaigns in the Augusta area and has specialized in event planning and hospitality management in the past. In his free time, David can be found all around town attending events and staying involved as he promotes all things Augusta as he takes pride in living in this great city. David serves as the Vice President of Programming and Secretary for the Greater Augusta Arts Council, has previously served on the City of Augusta’s Economic Development Subcommittee and on the Board of the Young Professionals of Augusta, and is a member of the Irish American Heritage Society of Augusta.
