CoStar's Annual Power Broker Awards For 2020 Boasts Sherman and Hemstreet and Agent's Yearly Successes

The team at Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate Company is proud to have received recognition from CoStar, Inc. in their annual Power Broker Awards for 2020, for both the firm as well as two agents—Charles Hock, and Chris Farrow.

CoStar is the nation's leader in commercial real estate marketing and sales tracking. The Power Broker Awards recognize and celebrate commercial real estate’s top brokers and firms in the United States and Canada. The prestigious awards are presented to firms and individuals that closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective markets throughout the year. 

Charles Hock, was recognized as CoStar’s Top Industrial Leasing Broker for 2020, and Chris Farrow as CoStar’s Top Retail Leasing Broker for 2020 in the Power Broker Awards.

Additionally, Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate Company was recognized by CoStar, winning in both categories as the Top Leasing Firm and the Top Sales Firm for 2020. This is the third year that Sherman and Hemstreet has won Top Leasing Firm in the CSRA.
