Matt Aitken recently completed the sale of roughly 20 acres on Pleasant Home Rd. The site is going to be home to a 133 unit subdivision.

The current plans call for 133 units consisting of 51 detached houses and 72 townhouse units.  The sales price for the land was $1,650,000.

Over the last two years the site has gained plenty of local media attention as the development of the site was protested by surrounding subdivisions.  Below is a catalog of news articles outlining the challenges around the site.
