Sherman and Hemstreet Brokers Discount Tire Development Site in Evans

Sherman and Hemstreet, Augusta, GA?s largest commercial real estate company, announced that Discount Tire, the world's largest independent tire and wheel retailer, is expanding its footprint into Evans, GA. Discount Tire currently serves customers across the U.S. at 950 neighborhood retail store locations. The new location will be located at 4540 Washington Rd in Evans, next to Bojangles. This site is the second location that Sherman & Hemstreet has brokered to Discount Tire in Columbia County. The new 10,214 square-foot facility is scheduled to open in early 2018.
