Joel Weathersbee, CPM
Senior Vice President / Residential Property Management
Joel has nearly 15 years of experience in property management and specializes in single and multifamily. He has overseen numerous projects ranging from repositioning troubled assets to the lease up of newly constructed multi-unit properties. He oversees a management team in charge of nearly 4000 rental units across four states. He is an expert at evaluating assets to decrease expenses, increase cash flow and increase the overall value of the investment for his clients. Joel is a Certified Property Manager, one of only two in the CSRA. He is also a Realtor, a member of the GAAR (Greater Augusta Association of Realtors) and the AAGA (Apartment Association of Greater Augusta). He is happily married with four children, and enjoys time with family and in the outdoors.
Tommy began in real estate sales in 1969. He previously taught real estate classes at Augusta Technical College for fifteen years. In addition he was an active homebuilder in the 1970's and 1980's. He was one of the founding members of the MLS and is a former past president. After 45 years of being in property management, Tommy merged his firm with Sherman and Hemstreet in 2015 where he is an active sales agent and associate broker.
Joseph Edge, Jr.
Joseph Edge Jr. has been a Licensed Sales Person for 9 years. He is a Commercial Agent and Property Manager specialist. Joseph specializes in apartment complex sales and currently manages several Condominium Homeowner Associations.
Dee has been inspired and trained in Real Estate sales by some of the best in the industry. This led her to launch her Real Estate career in 2008 when she and her family moved from Ohio to Effingham County. Her family has owned multiple businesses growing up, and she credits them with her amazing work ethic and dedication to always doing her best.
Dee is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Georgia, a member of the Savannah Association of REALTORs and a member of the National Association of REALTORs. She also earned the professional designation; Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and is currently pursuing her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) a difficult and much sought after designation awarded by the National organization. Dee has successfully worked to form strategic relationships with a network of providers that have proven invaluable to both Buyers and Sellers in the tri-county area.
