A 6,225 square foot Class A Single-Tenant office building in Evans, GA to cyber-security defense contractor LNO, Incorporated. The location will provide LNO with needed corporate and management office space. This lease marks the 3rd lease Sherman & Hemstreet has completed with LNO which provides serves the DOD and corporate. Sherman & Hemstreet represented the Landlord in the transaction.
